Your Role in One Sentence<\/strong><\/h2>\n<blockquote><p>Instructors provide teaching content and spiritual insight; the MinistryCentral Europe team handles structure, editing, and publication.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Your focus is <strong>content and calling<\/strong>, not systems.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>3. Your Primary Point of Contact<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>You will work primarily with an <strong>Instructor Coordinator<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>They are responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicating expectations<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating timelines<\/li>\n<li>Receiving your materials<\/li>\n<li>Supporting you throughout the process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have questions, concerns, or uncertainties, the Instructor Coordinator is your first point of contact.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>4. What We Ask From You<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>As an instructor, you are asked to provide:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Teaching content (outline, notes, manuscript, or video)\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Initial Outline<\/strong> &#8211; Open and make a copy of the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1JeOSDv5pnXVgsUIX1xk4EN7jvzqsfO9HoJvEqU1CdLQ\/edit?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">format here<\/a>\u00a0to send to the Instructor Coordinator for review and approval.<\/li>\n<li>After review &#8211; <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1vJz9kT-vZ7wmNXgduvwU5f4wMMCsnYjG04j9zfSyayw\/edit?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Second-Round Outline<\/a> <\/strong>&#8211; which will be used for the course page and the lesson pages.<\/li>\n<li>Video &#8211; See <a href=\"https:\/\/help.ministrycentral-europe.org\/?epkb_post_type_1=video-recording-guide-for-instructors\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Guideline<\/strong> here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Material aligned with the agreed topic and scope<\/li>\n<li>Submissions within the agreed timeframe<\/li>\n<li>Clarifications when requested<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You are <strong>not<\/strong> expected to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Edit for style or formatting<\/li>\n<li>Prepare content for web publication<\/li>\n<li>Upload material into systems<\/li>\n<li>Manage technical details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>5. Accepted Formats for Teaching Content<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Your material may be submitted as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Written outlines or manuscripts<\/li>\n<li>Slide decks<\/li>\n<li>Recorded teaching videos<\/li>\n<li>Audio recordings<\/li>\n<li>Supporting notes or references<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>See the<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/help.ministrycentral-europe.org\/?epkb_post_type_1=media-video-contributor-onboarding-guide\">Media &amp; Video Contributor Onboarding Guide<\/a><\/strong> for specifics on formatting, particularly <strong>file naming<\/strong>, etc.<\/p>\n<p><em>Your videos are to be submitted <strong>directly<\/strong> to Vimeo, to the <strong>intake\/incoming folder<\/strong>.\u00a0 Your <strong>Instructor Coordinator<\/strong> will provide you with the <strong>login<\/strong> for <strong>Vimeo<\/strong> to do this.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Your Instructor Coordinator will clarify:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preferred formats<\/li>\n<li>File naming<\/li>\n<li>Submission method<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Clarity is more important than polish.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>6. How Your Material Is Processed<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Once you submit material:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The Instructor Coordinator reviews it for completeness<\/li>\n<li>A Course Coordinator ensures it fits the course structure<\/li>\n<li>Content Editors may:\n<ul>\n<li>Clarify wording<\/li>\n<li>Improve readability<\/li>\n<li>Align structure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Canonical publication occurs in the official learning platform<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Your <strong>meaning and intent are preserved<\/strong> throughout.<\/p>\n<p>You may be contacted if clarification is needed.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>7.
