        • Lifecycle management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Ensure clarity, accessibility, and usability of video assets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Modify courses directly<\/li>\n
          • Publish canonical documentation<\/li>\n

            Canonical Video Hosting<\/strong><\/h3>\n

            All canonical video content is hosted on Vimeo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

            • Vimeo is the long-term system of record<\/li>\n
            • Videos embedded in Echo KB or courses point to Vimeo<\/li>\n
            • Vimeo videos are considered stable, reusable assets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Loom Usage<\/strong><\/h3>\n

              Loom is used for:<\/p>\n

              • Short tutorials<\/li>\n
              • Walkthroughs<\/li>\n
              • Process explanations<\/li>\n
              • Temporary or contextual guidance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                • Be linked in Echo KB when appropriate<\/li>\n
