ends<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This guide is designed to be <strong>read once, acknowledged, and referenced as needed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Role Overview: Course Coordinator<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The Course Coordinator is responsible for the <strong>structure, coherence, and readiness of courses<\/strong> within the platform.<\/p>\n<p>You ensure that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Courses are complete<\/li>\n<li>Content is placed correctly<\/li>\n<li>Learning flow is coherent<\/li>\n<li>Materials are ready for learners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You do <strong>not<\/strong> author most content yourself.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>What You Own<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>As a Course Coordinator, you own:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Course shells and structure<\/li>\n<li>Lesson sequencing<\/li>\n<li>Course readiness for publication<\/li>\n<li>Alignment with curriculum standards<\/li>\n<li>Coordination with Instructor Coordinators<\/li>\n<li>Placement of approved content into courses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You are accountable for <strong>learning coherence<\/strong>, not raw content creation.<\/p>\n<hr Structure Standards (High-Level)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Courses should generally follow:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clear course overview<\/li>\n<li>Logical lesson sequencing<\/li>\n<li>Reasonable lesson
