MinistryCentral Europe

1. Welcome & Purpose

Thank you for contributing to MinistryCentral Europe.

Your participation represents:

  • Trust
  • Experience
  • Spiritual investment
  • Partnership in training leaders across Europe

This guide explains what to expect, what is expected of you, and how your material will be stewarded from submission to publication.

You are not expected to understand platforms, workflows, or technical systems — that responsibility is carried by the MinistryCentral Europe team.

2. Your Role in One Sentence

Instructors provide teaching content and spiritual insight; the MinistryCentral Europe team handles structure, editing, and publication.

Your focus is content and calling, not systems.

3. Your Primary Point of Contact

You will work primarily with an Instructor Coordinator.

They are responsible for:

  • Communicating expectations
  • Coordinating timelines
  • Receiving your materials
  • Supporting you throughout the process

If you have questions, concerns, or uncertainties, the Instructor Coordinator is your first point of contact.

4. What We Ask From You

As an instructor, you are asked to provide:

  • Teaching content (outline, notes, manuscript, or video)
    • Initial Outline – Open and make a copy of the format here to send to the Instructor Coordinator for review and approval.
    • After review – Second-Round Outline – which will be used for the course page and the lesson pages.
    • Video – See Guideline here.
  • Material aligned with the agreed topic and scope
  • Submissions within the agreed timeframe
  • Clarifications when requested

You are not expected to:

  • Edit for style or formatting
  • Prepare content for web publication
  • Upload material into systems
  • Manage technical details

5. Accepted Formats for Teaching Content

Your material may be submitted as:

  • Written outlines or manuscripts
  • Slide decks
  • Recorded teaching videos
  • Audio recordings
  • Supporting notes or references

See the Media & Video Contributor Onboarding Guide for specifics on formatting, particularly file naming, etc.

Your videos are to be submitted directly to Vimeo, to the intake/incoming folder.  Your Instructor Coordinator will provide you with the login for Vimeo to do this.

Your Instructor Coordinator will clarify:

  • Preferred formats
  • File naming
  • Submission method

Clarity is more important than polish.

6. How Your Material Is Processed

Once you submit material:

  1. The Instructor Coordinator reviews it for completeness
  2. A Course Coordinator ensures it fits the course structure
  3. Content Editors may:
    • Clarify wording
    • Improve readability
    • Align structure
  4. Canonical publication occurs in the official learning platform

Your meaning and intent are preserved throughout.

You may be contacted if clarification is needed.

7. Editorial Clarifications (Important)

Editors may:

  • Adjust wording for clarity
  • Break long sections into smaller units
  • Standardize terminology

Editors do not:

  • Change doctrine or intent
  • Reinterpret your teaching
  • Alter theological positions

If a clarification could affect meaning, you will be consulted.

8. Publication & Use of Your Material

Once published:

  • Your material becomes part of the MinistryCentral Europe curriculum
  • It may be used for training, education, and reference
  • Attribution is handled according to project standards
  • Updates or revisions follow an intentional process

Publication timing is coordinated centrally.

9. Revisions & Updates

If revisions are needed later:

  • You may be contacted
  • Or updates may be coordinated through the Instructor Coordinator
  • Minor clarifications may be handled editorially
  • Substantive changes are always coordinated

Nothing is changed silently.

10. What You Are Not Responsible For

You are not responsible for:

  • Platform behavior
  • Website layout
  • Course sequencing
  • Documentation structure
  • Technical troubleshooting

Those responsibilities are carried by the MinistryCentral Europe team.

11. Questions, Concerns & Pastoral Care

If at any point you experience:

  • Confusion
  • Frustration
  • Time pressure
  • Concern about how your material is handled

Please contact your Instructor Coordinator.

This project values:

  • Respect
  • Transparency
  • Mutual trust
  • Clear communication

12. Final Word

Your contribution is deeply appreciated.

MinistryCentral Europe exists to:

  • Serve the Church
  • Equip leaders
  • Preserve doctrinal clarity
  • Reduce burden on instructors

Thank you for partnering with us in this work.
