☐ I understand that unclear changes must be escalated, not improvised

📄 Required Reading

2. Learn the Documentation Lifecycle

☐ I understand the status lifecycle: Draft → Review → Approved → Canonical (Published)

☐ I understand when content is considered official

☐ I understand that canonical KB content overrides all drafts

📄 Required Reading

3. Learn Where Editing Happens (Critical)

☐ I understand what belongs in Notion vs what belongs in Echo KB

☐ I understand when to request review instead of editing directly

☐ Acknowledge that unclear situations require escalation

📄 Required Reading

5. Change Management & Escalation

☐ I understand which changes I may make independently

☐ I understand which changes require approval

📄 Required Reading

  • Change Management Rules
  • Governance & Guardrails

6. Acknowledgement & Activation

Content Editors must formally acknowledge completion before editing privileges are activated.

  • Accept responsibility for canonical content integrity
