If you are an occasional helper, subject-matter contributor, reviewer, or advisor, this checklist ensures:

  • You understand where truth lives
  • You know how to contribute without breaking structure
  • You are not burdened with unnecessary technical detail

Focus on:

  • Canonical authority (Echo KB is the source of truth)
  • No silent changes
  • Why guardrails exist

☐ 📄 Documentation Contribution Guide

Focus on:

  • How to submit content
  • Word vs Notion vs Echo KB
  • What happens after you submit something

☐ 📄 Status Lifecycle (Draft → Published)

Focus on:

  • What “Approved” means
  • When content becomes official
  • Why drafts are not authoritative
